What you will do

• Collaborate during the design phase to assess the manufacturing feasibility of equipment, machinery, and production systems.
• Build and assemble mechanical, electrical, electronic, and automated equipment designed by other functions.
• Perform maintenance on machinery and production systems used in hirify.global production plants.
• Manage, maintain, and service laboratory machinery and tools.
• Operate automated machines, including laser cutting machines, press brakes, and cut-off saws.
• Identify technology needs for the KPO Lab and support solution evaluation and purchasing.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Graduate-level profile with 0 years of experience; 0–1 years is the target range.
• Previous electromechanical experience is advantageous.
