Hardware Engineer/Testing Engineer (Electronics)

Location: Belluno, Italy; full on-site working model

Salary: €27,000–€38,000 per year

What you will do

• Test hardware and validate products on prototypes according to internal procedures and international standards.
• Support electronics requirements definition and product development.
• Evaluate alternative electronic components.
• Perform failure analysis on units returned from the field.
• Recommend corrective actions based on test and failure-analysis results.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Software, Operations, and the electronic engineering team.

Requirements

• Diploma and/or degree in electronics.
• 1–4 years of experience in electronics.
• Experience in a similar role, such as supply chain, laboratory hardware testing, or Operations.
• Native Italian language proficiency.
• Basic English proficiency.
• Commitment to staying current with new technologies and processes.

Nice to have

• Basic CAD skills.
