Transitions & RFP Services Manager (Financial Services)

Location: Remote - Nationwide, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship, including CPT/OPT, is not available.

Base salary: $96,100–$135,700 per year, with eligibility for a bonus program.

What you will do

• Coordinate client onboarding, investment vehicle implementation, adviser transitions, sub-advisor changes, portfolio rebalancing, and related operational activities.
• Manage hirify.global Retirement RFP requests and maintain a centralized library of standardized responses and supporting materials.
• Coordinate cross-functional work with internal teams, custodians, transfer agents, transition managers, sub-advisors, and other service providers.
• Develop operational procedures, internal controls, and standardized workflows while leading process improvement initiatives.
• Review custodian invoices and administer applicable banking systems, user access, and approval workflows.
• Produce and quality-review client marketing materials and presentations, monitor industry and regulatory developments, and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, preferably Accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• More than six years of securities operations, investment operations, accounting, or investment administration experience in financial services.
• Experience with client onboarding, investment implementation, operational transitions, or investment operations.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving internal stakeholders and external service providers.
• Strong knowledge of securities operations and financial services operations, with intermediate Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access or SQL skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills; FINRA Fingerprinting is required.

• Experience preparing institutional investment RFP responses and developing client presentations or marketing materials.
• Experience leading operational process improvement initiatives.
• Experience working with custodians, transfer agents, transition managers, or sub-advisors.
• Knowledge of investment adviser onboarding and investment vehicle implementation.
