Operations Analyst and Project Lead

Location: Remote

Salary: $50,000–$52,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and oversee organizational programs and initiatives.
• Monitor program progress, milestones, performance, and issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams, managers, external partners, and clients.
• Track program budgets, expenses, and cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare and present status, outcome, and improvement reports.
• Lead new-client orientation, training, onboarding documentation, and ongoing initial support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a related field or commensurate education.
• At least 2 years of experience working with FACTS operating systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, charts, and PivotTables.
• Strong communication, critical-thinking, decision-making, project-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, learn quickly, and manage multiple responsibilities.

Nice to have

• CRM software experience.
• Knowledge of AI and technology solutions.
