Senior Digital Project Manager

Location: Remote within most U.S. states, with some exclusions

Salary: $105,000–$115,000 annual salary

What you will do

• Plan, manage, monitor, and control large-scale digital programs from initiation through completion.
• Serve as an internal and external point of contact for program operations and account success.
• Lead internal and client-facing meetings, document decisions, and track action items.
• Manage program scope, risks, issues, change requests, timelines, workflows, and deliverables.
• Create and maintain project documentation, trackers, status reports, and PMO materials.
• Train and mentor junior project managers and lead continuous process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in an interactive agency managing large-scale, multifaceted digital programs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to autonomously lead different types of programs and manage multiple simultaneous tasks.
• Advanced proficiency with Asana or similar task-management software.
• Experience creating project management plans, change logs, issue and risk logs, and status reports.
• Strong knowledge of digital creative, paid media, earned media, analytics, client management, risk management, change management, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

Nice to have

• PMP certification eligibility; certification is expected within one year of hire, with training fees covered.
• Experience working with third-party vendors and partner agencies.
