What you will do

• Serve as the primary point-of-contact for program operations, ensuring operational efficiency and successful delivery.
• Manage the full lifecycle of digital initiatives, from planning and monitoring to execution and risk mitigation.
• Lead client-facing and internal meetings, maintaining detailed documentation, timelines, and project trackers.
• Create and implement complex cross-channel workflows and PMO templates.
• Mentor and train junior-level project managers to foster team growth.
• Drive continuous process improvement and own key PMO department initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in an interactive agency managing large-scale digital programs.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no immigration sponsorship available).
• Advanced proficiency in Asana or similar task management software.
• Strong understanding of digital creative processes, paid/earned media, and analytics workflows.
• Ability to lead project management autonomously and communicate effectively with senior-level clients.
• PMP Certification expected within one year of hire (training fees covered).
