About the Role

You will coordinate live RFP, RFI, and DDQ projects from intake through submission, gather inputs from cross-functional stakeholders, manage Loopio projects and deadlines, resolve blockers, maintain the response library, report on project status, and improve workflows through automation and AI-assisted processes.

Requirements

• Experience in proposal operations, RFP management, project management, GTM operations, or a similar cross-functional role
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, owners, and workstreams
• Clear communication skills
• Ability to influence without direct authority
• Strong writing skills
• Ability to learn and use systems such as Loopio, Salesforce, and Slack
• Interest in using AI to improve workflow efficiency
• Experience managing RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, or proposal workflows
• Experience with Loopio, Responsive, Qvidian, or similar tools
• Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, financial services, or a regulated environment
• Technical, proposal, or business writing experience

Responsibilities

• Manage live RFP, RFI, and DDQ projects from intake through submission
• Coordinate with account executives, Solutions, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams
• Set up and maintain Loopio projects
• Assign questions and track project status
• Manage deadlines and follow up with subject matter experts
• Escalate blockers
• Maintain the Loopio response library
• Produce recurring updates on RFP status, risks, and library health
• Improve RFP workflows through automation and AI-assisted processes
