Senior Associate, Implementation (LH-BPO)

Location: Palm Beach Gardens, Florida or New York City; hybrid

Salary: $60,000–$130,000 USD annually for the New York position, plus potential discretionary bonus and/or equity awards.

What you will do

• Support onboarding and transition projects for investment managers and strategies on a global investment platform.
• Manage client, investment manager, counterparty, and internal stakeholder communications during implementation events.
• Build project plans, trackers, deliverables, status updates, and pipeline reports.
• Coordinate Legal, Operations, Technology, Risk, Portfolio Finance, fund administrators, and counterparties.
• Track dependencies, escalate blockers, coordinate sequencing, and support timely manager launches.
• Maintain the proprietary pipeline tool and contribute to templates, playbooks, checklists, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, organizational behavior, or a related discipline.
• 4–6 years of experience in onboarding or transition management, hedge fund due diligence, and project management.
• Ability to coordinate multiple functional groups and manage complex timelines.
• Familiarity with hedge fund structures and multi-asset products, including equities, fixed income, OTC derivatives, swaps, futures, and FX.
• Experience coordinating with counterparties, fund administrators, Risk, Treasury, Operations, and ODD teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, plus Excel, PowerPoint, tracker, dashboard, and reporting expertise.
