Senior Associate, Implementation (LH-BPO)

Location: West Palm Beach or Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, or New York City; hybrid work

Salary: $60,000–$130,000 USD base salary annually in New York, plus potential discretionary bonus and/or equity awards.

What you will do

• Support onboarding and transition events for investment managers and strategies across a global investment platform.
• Manage project plans, trackers, deliverables, dependencies, blockers, and launch timelines.
• Coordinate requirements across Legal, Operations, Technology, Risk, Portfolio Finance, counterparties, and other internal stakeholders.
• Prepare meeting materials, status updates, pipeline reports, dashboards, and client-facing updates.
• Support static data setup, trade file specifications, reconciliations, UAT readiness, guidelines, counterparty selection, and margin setup.
• Contribute to standardized templates, playbooks, checklists, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, organizational behavior, or a related discipline.
• 4–6 years of experience in onboarding or transition management, hedge fund due diligence, and project management.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple functional areas and manage complex timelines.
• Familiarity with hedge fund structures and multi-asset products, including equities, fixed income, OTC derivatives, swaps, futures, and FX.
• Experience working with counterparties, fund administrators, risk, treasury, operations, and operational due diligence.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with advanced Excel, PowerPoint, tracker, dashboard, and reporting capabilities.
