Senior Director - Business Execution (SaaS)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end customer experience transformation programs across Global Customer Services.
• Design and operate strategic planning processes, governance frameworks, and the operating rhythm for a global organization of approximately 500 people.
• Build a cohesive roadmap connecting Professional Services, Support, Customer Success, Education, Adoption, Voice of the Customer, Product, and Engineering.
• Partner with Finance, HR, Product, Sales, and functional leaders to remove roadblocks and accelerate milestones.
• Prepare executive communications, ELT materials, and organization-wide updates on transformation progress.
• Maintain a live portfolio of transformation initiatives, owners, milestones, and delivery velocity.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in customer experience, SaaS operations, strategic planning, or transformation execution.
• Knowledge of operating models across Professional Services, Support, Customer Success, Education, Adoption, and Voice of the Customer.
• Experience synthesizing functional priorities into a unified roadmap and managing governance and milestone tracking.
• Strong executive communication, narrative writing, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Fluency in SaaS and business metrics including NRR, ARR, retention, and gross margin.
