What you will do

• Partner with the Chief of Staff to plan and deliver complex cross-functional initiatives from conception through implementation.
• Lead strategic GTM programs such as Sales Kickoff, GTM OKRs, communications, leadership workshops, and other executive-sponsored initiatives.
• Develop project plans, milestones, dashboards, and executive-ready status updates while tracking dependencies, risks, decisions, and outcomes.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Engineering, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations.
• Support executive planning through research, analysis, recommendations, and consolidated updates.
• Improve strategic execution through AI-enabled workflows, automation, knowledge management, and process simplification.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Business Operations, Consulting, Program Management, or a related field.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and supporting senior leaders.
• Strong project and program management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and coordinate multiple priorities.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Austin, Texas.
• U.S. work authorization may be required for access to export-controlled technology without export-license sponsorship.
