Salary: $197,000–$266,000 base pay annually; the role may also be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Shape QuickBooks strategy and vision, including the trusted financial intelligence layer and AI-native, done-for-you experiences.
• Prepare structured analysis, recommendations, and decision options for senior leadership and CEO-level business reviews.
• Lead high-impact growth and improvement workstreams across segments, functions, and the broader company.
• Build an AI-native operating system for monitoring business performance, product engagement, customer feedback, and execution status.
• Identify and operationalize growth initiatives across the QuickBooks experience and accountant ecosystem.
• Drive complex initiatives from ambiguous problem framing through shipped outcomes across Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success & Delivery.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in business strategy, business operations, strategic planning, management consulting, corporate development, or a related field.
• Experience advising senior executives and supporting complex, high-stakes business decisions.
• Ability to synthesize large volumes of complex information into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Strong business judgment across strategy, operations, financial performance, and execution.
• Experience designing or improving executive operating rhythms, planning processes, or performance management systems.
• Executive-level written and verbal communication, with the ability to establish structure and challenge constructively in ambiguous situations.
