Strategic GTM Programs Director (SaaS)

Location: Remote - US

Salary: $163,000–$224,000 annually for Zone 3; $172,000–$237,000 for Zone 2; $191,000–$263,000 for Zone 1. All zones include a 10% bonus target.

What you will do

• Partner with Revenue Operations on annual planning, Revenue OKRs, V2MOM communications, and execution across the CRO organization.
• Lead cross-functional programs, special projects, pilots, and organizational initiatives with Finance, People, Marketing, and Revenue leaders.
• Establish the CRO organization’s operating cadence, including staff meetings, business reviews, offsites, one-on-ones, and commitment follow-up.
• Coordinate project plans, meetings, action items, risks, documentation, status reporting, and closeout activities.
• Prepare board and executive meeting materials and coordinate Revenue events and executive engagements.
• Support CRO communications, headcount planning, organizational design, performance-management processes, budgeting, and procurement.

Requirements

• Significant experience in GTM strategy, business operations, executive operations, consulting, or a comparable senior-leadership support role.
• Strong program-management experience coordinating complex cross-functional work from planning through execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentations, company communications, and meeting facilitation.
• Strong business acumen and analytical ability, with experience translating goals and data into clear priorities and actions.
• Ability to influence, resolve issues, and build alignment across teams without direct authority.
• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.
