Director, Corporate Strategy (Fintech)

Location: New York Headquarters, United States; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in the office

Base salary: $134,000–$248,000 per year, plus annual bonus or commission, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives from planning through execution.
• Develop project plans, timelines, performance metrics, and accountability structures.
• Conduct change impact assessments and create mitigation strategies.
• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders across time zones.
• Coach teams, build capabilities, and support engagement throughout transformation programs.
• Prepare executive-ready updates and communications on initiative progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation or change management programs in complex environments.
• Strong stakeholder influence, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience delivering solutions to complex challenges.
• Proficiency in program management methodologies and change management frameworks.
• Ability to work in the New York headquarters hybrid schedule at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or certification such as an MBA or PMP.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated industries.
• Experience working across global teams and navigating cultural dynamics.
