Location: New York Headquarters (Hybrid work environment; at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change)

Salary: $134,000 - $248,000 base pay range

What you will do

• Lead strategic initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and performance metrics to drive accountability and progress.
• Conduct change impact assessments and create mitigation strategies to minimize risk and maximize adoption.
• Partner with stakeholders across time zones and functions to ensure seamless integration and a positive culture for change.
• Coach and support teams to build capabilities, foster engagement, and sustain momentum during the transformation journey.
• Draft and deliver executive-ready updates and communications on initiative progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation or change management programs in complex environments.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders, build relationships, and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record delivering solutions to complex challenges.
• Proficiency in program management methodologies and change management frameworks.
