What you will do

• Design, structure, and launch multi-org programs from inception to execution, ensuring alignment with GBSG strategic objectives.
• Build and mobilize cross-functional teams, establishing clear roles, accountability, and operational workflows.
• Drive flawless execution using metrics, principles, and risk mitigation strategies to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Translate complex business unit and portfolio strategies into cohesive narratives to drive alignment across all levels.
• Partner directly with senior leadership and executives to align priorities and secure sponsorship.
• Identify high-impact initiatives and manage trade-offs with rigorous prioritization and clear recommendations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional SaaS programs with a track record of scaling initiatives from scratch.
• Expertise in program design, governance models, decision frameworks, and execution tracking.
• Proven ability to operate at both the strategic level (portfolio shaping) and tactical level (operational improvement).
• Strong capability to manage up and down, building trust and presenting to senior leadership with impact.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence without authority in complex environments.
• Must be based in or able to work from San Diego or Mountain View, California.
