What you will do

• Direct the execution and management of large, complex offshore EPC projects with typical TIC values of up to $5 billion.
• Ensure safe delivery to client, cost, schedule, contractual, HSE, and financial requirements.
• Act as the primary contact between the client and hirify.global.
• Lead and coordinate project personnel, construction partners, joint ventures, alliances, and subcontractors.
• Define project scope, identify contractual changes, and negotiate changes with clients, JV partners, and third parties.
• Plan project execution, monitor status, and lead the project management team through successful completion.

Requirements

• At least 12 years of experience in EPC projects; 15+ years is typical.
• Several years of project management-level experience.
• Experience managing large EPC projects in the field, including schedules, cost forecasts, construction partners, and subcontractors.
• Experience negotiating complex commercial matters with clients, JV partners, and third parties.
• Undergraduate degree in Engineering and a Professional Engineer (P.E.) qualification.
