What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Manage key accounts for major corporations with significant capex and global presence.
• Collaborate with E/VPs to develop and execute regional business strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Drive revenue targets and manage team costs to meet business gross margin requirements.
• Promote DE&I leadership and maintain a safe, equitable working environment.
• Advocate for innovation by engaging in global initiatives for process automation and data gathering.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in construction or project management with increasing leadership responsibilities.
• Degree or comparable experience in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related construction discipline.
• Proven experience in Hyperscale Data Centers or large-scale industrial/mission-critical projects.
• PMP and LEED AP qualifications (or currently pursuing them).
• Must be based in or able to work from London, UK on a hybrid basis.
