Manufacturing, Production and Procurement (MPP) Planner

What you will do

• Plan procurement and production requirements to support on-time customer delivery.
• Analyze and resolve MRP messages, shortages, rescheduling requests, cancellations, order changes, and other planning exceptions.
• Review demand, supply, inventory, purchase orders, work orders, bills of material, routings, and lead times to identify constraints.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Program Management teams to resolve material and schedule issues.
• Manage manufacturing orders and communicate engineering changes to Production throughout the order lifecycle.
• Track risks and recovery plans, report KPIs, and improve planning and MRP processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant planning experience.
• Working knowledge of MRP systems, bills of material, demand planning, and supply chain concepts.
• Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical engineering drawings.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Computer literacy; experience with Costpoint ERP and Microsoft Excel is advantageous.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance is required.

Nice to have

• CPIM, CSCP, or CPSM certification.
• Experience with Jira or Vault.
