Program Manager, Compliance

What you will do

• Build, improve, and streamline core compliance programs covering ABAC, gifts and entertainment, conflicts of interest, and third-party risk and sanctions screening.
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Security, Commercial, Public Sector, and go-to-market stakeholders to improve policies, procedures, and controls.
• Monitor regulatory developments, translate them into policy and process changes, and track obligations arising from customer contracts.
• Partner with leadership to build and operationalize the enterprise risk management framework and assess key business risks.
• Develop compliance metrics and periodic reporting for Legal and GRC leadership.
• Support audit and assurance work and manage customer and investor compliance diligence questionnaires.

Requirements

• 5+ years of in-house experience building or operating ethics and compliance programs.
• Hands-on ownership of ABAC and at least one of gifts and entertainment, conflicts of interest, or third-party risk.
• Experience building policies, processes, and controls from scratch and implementing them within a business.
• Experience leading day-to-day activities, improving processes, and managing projects and resources.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data analysis tools or software.
• Action-oriented approach with creative problem-solving and a strong focus on outcomes.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST 800-53 compliance frameworks.
• Experience applying AI or machine learning.
• International compliance experience, especially government contracting or public-sector work in the GCC, EMEA, or APAC.
• Experience with GRC tools or third-party risk management systems, or CCEP/CCEP-I certification.
• Current or past U.S. government security clearance.
