Compliance Enablement Technical Program Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Serve as the technical subject-matter expert and primary point of contact for the Trust and Assurance team.
• Manage control mapping, evidence collection, monitoring workflows, and integrations between the GRC platform, cloud platforms, and internal systems.
• Translate technical controls into automated, continuous checks and expand monitoring coverage across the compliance stack.
• Keep controls audit-ready, assign accountable owners, support gap assessments, and coordinate new framework rollouts.
• Partner with engineering teams to embed compliance requirements into workflows and delivery processes.
• Drive initiatives to completion and communicate compliance risks, control status, and program progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in GRC, compliance, or technical cybersecurity program support, including program leadership and mentoring.
• Strong program and project management skills with experience delivering work across multiple teams.
• Knowledge of NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and/or FedRAMP, plus hands-on audit experience.
• Technical understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP, APIs, data flows, and AI-assisted technical work.
• Hands-on experience with GRC or compliance-automation platforms such as LogicGate, ServiceNow, or Drata.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience writing Python or other scripts for automation.
• Experience building AI/ML-powered or agentic applications, API integrations, CI/CD pipelines, or production services.
• Background in systems administration, software engineering, cloud security, or security engineering.
• Experience with SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, or NIST 800-53 audits, OSCAL, security monitoring tools, Git, Terraform, Puppet, or Jenkins.
• Experience in SaaS, GovCloud, fintech, or other highly regulated environments, and relevant professional certifications.
