What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of R&D tools, from selection and implementation to ongoing support and change requests.
• Evaluate and roll out AI-powered developer tools and workflows in partnership with engineering leadership.
• Lead end-to-end R&D audits, including data collection, coordination, and ownership of the process.
• Drive process-change projects from business requirement definition to successful delivery.
• Perform business analysis to provide guidance on best practices and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including R&D, product management, IT, and business operations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Program Manager, PMO, or Project Manager in a global software company.
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) in daily work.
• Strong background in system analysis and management.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• University degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or Information Systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
