R&D Operations Program Manager (AI)

Location: Raanana, Israel; hybrid schedule with 2 days in the office and 3 days working remotely each week.

What you will do

• Manage R&D tools from selection and implementation through ongoing support, governance, monitoring, and change requests.
• Oversee ALM, security, build, and AI-powered developer tools, including tools such as JIRA and static code analysis platforms.
• Own process-change projects end to end, including business requirements, planning, delivery, and implementation.
• Evaluate and roll out AI-powered tools and workflows across R&D in partnership with engineering leadership.
• Lead organization-wide R&D audits, coordinating the process and managing required data from start to finish.
• Collaborate with R&D teams, product managers, IT, and business operations while identifying improvements to tools and processes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Program Manager, PMO, Project Manager, or equivalent in a global software company.
• Hands-on daily experience with AI-powered tools such as Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor.
• Experience with system analysis and management.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluent English required.
• University degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or Information Systems.
