Product Manager (Digital)

Location: Fully remote in the United Kingdom, with occasional face-to-face meetings where appropriate

Salary: £70,000–£75,000 per annum

What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of digital, AI, and technology training products.
• Manage product development, delivery, improvement, and launch activities.
• Lead Curriculum Developers and coordinate with internal digital and technology teams.
• Use market and learner feedback to drive product innovation.
• Ensure products meet apprenticeship standards, KSBs, and EPA requirements.

Requirements

• Product management experience in digital, AI, data, or technology.
• Experience with AI, process automation, and low-code platforms.
• Strong knowledge of apprenticeships, KSBs, and EPA.
• Strong stakeholder, project, and people management skills.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom for this remote role.

Nice to have

• Industry experience in AI, data, or engineering.
• Teaching or coaching qualification.
• Experience creating or delivering AI, data, or engineering apprenticeships and training programmes.
• Experience taking learners through EPA.
