What you will do

• Own and deliver improvements to customer journeys across web and mobile apps.
• Identify opportunities to apply emerging AI technologies to customer discovery, evaluation and decision-making.
• Translate ideas into hypotheses and validate impact through A/B testing and iteration.
• Collaborate with engineering, R&D, iOS, Android, data, design and commercial teams.
• Work across multiple product areas and brands to create cohesive customer experiences.
• Explore how products can extend into new platforms and ecosystems while challenging established approaches.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing and delivering customer-facing digital products.
• Strong track record of shipping and improving digital experiences.
• Hands-on experience and curiosity with emerging AI technologies.
• Ability to turn ambiguous ideas into structured experiments and measurable outcomes.
• Strong collaboration, data-driven prioritisation and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence to challenge the status quo and advocate for better customer outcomes.
