What you will do

• Own the Docebo LMS architecture and digital classroom experience to maximize user engagement and UX standards.
• Develop internal workflows and maintain system integrations with tools such as Salesforce.
• Manage the learning product feature roadmap based on the strategic plan and user insights.
• Translate evaluation questions into measurable LMS metrics and build reporting dashboards for the Program & Impact team.
• Establish comprehensive documentation and SOPs for all LMS workflows to ensure process resilience.
• Lead strategic learning systems meetings and resolve technical tradeoffs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 2+ years of product management experience overseeing a Learning Management System (LMS), preferably Docebo.
• Demonstrated experience in the K-12 or education technology (EdTech) space.
• Expertise in managing product roadmaps and handling complex third-party software integrations.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau (or similar data viz tools), and Qualtrics.
• Strong project and portfolio management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.
