Product Lead — AI & Learner Experience

Location: Remote, Europe-based; Lithuania

What you will do

• Own parts of the learner journey end to end, from discovery and enrollment through learning.
• Build and ship products, features, or side projects used by real people.
• Use AI tools to create practical product experiences rather than gimmicks.
• Improve retention, conversion, and engagement through iterative product development.
• Work closely with engineers on systems, APIs, and model trade-offs.
• Manage stakeholders and a product team while moving quickly through ambiguity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2C product roles.
• 3+ years of managerial experience and experience managing a team.
• Demonstrated impact on retention, engagement, or conversion, including measurable results.
• Something shipped with AI in the last 3–6 months for work or a personal project.
• Ability to hold technical conversations about systems, APIs, and model trade-offs.
• Familiarity with Cursor, Claude Code, Supabase, Vercel, or similar tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in edtech, fintech, subscriptions, consumer SaaS, or mission-driven consumer products.
• Edtech experience.
• Scrum certificate.
