Professional Services Project Manager (Software Implementation)

Location: United States — Westminster, Colorado; logistics locations include Lake Oswego, Oregon; Alpharetta, Georgia; and Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Travel up to 10%.

Salary: $78,400–$107,900 per year, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead software implementation projects for major customer accounts from initiation through completion.
• Ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Analyze client business requirements and develop tailored implementation methodologies with consultants.
• Coordinate internal and external resources across matrixed teams and critical milestones.
• Build consultative relationships with client stakeholders and guide change management and operational data flow.
• Mitigate risks and maintain accurate forecasting for complex, multi-organizational initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of project management experience with a bachelor's degree, or 5 years of equivalent professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and practices, including PMBOK or Agile.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects and remote, matrixed teams.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and client-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in consulting or professional services.
• Experience managing ERP software implementation projects.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and workflows.
• Construction industry experience.
• Experience with Smartsheet, Salesforce, Google Workspace, or PSA software.
