What you will do

• Coordinate implementation delivery across cross-functional teams including configuration, data, QA, and development.
• Own project tracking, reporting, and maintenance of RAID logs, milestones, and status materials.
• Facilitate working sessions and team meetings to ensure accountability and clear decision-making.
• Identify risks and dependencies early, partnering with senior leadership on mitigation strategies.
• Prepare client-facing status updates and deliverable tracklists to maintain strong relationships.
• Experiment with modern delivery practices like Agile and DevOps to improve team efficiency.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of project management experience in software or benefits administration implementations.
• Foundational knowledge of project delivery methodologies including Waterfall and Agile.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
• Practical awareness of pension and benefits concepts like eligibility, enrollment, and data exchange.
• Must be eligible for Personnel Security Screening conducted through the Government of Canada.
• Comfort using generative AI and automation tools for productivity and reporting.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Defined Benefit or Defined Contribution pension projects.
• French language skills for supporting French-speaking clients.
• PMP certification.
