What you will do

• Lead small to medium-scale application development and infrastructure deployment projects through the full project lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional IT teams, vendors, and co-located or remote contributors in a matrixed environment.
• Forecast capital and operational expenses, manage project budgets, and coordinate resources.
• Develop project plans, manage scope, identify risks, and apply mitigation strategies.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder expectations and report progress to senior leadership.
• Apply Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall methodologies according to project needs.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• At least 3 years of IT experience with knowledge of applications, databases, networking, and telecommunications.
• Proficiency with Atlassian Jira and Confluence and portfolio management software such as Clarity PPM.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Power BI skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at the senior leadership level.
