What you will do

• Lead cross-functional IT teams through all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Manage project budgets, forecast expenses, and allocate matrixed resources to resolve conflicts.
• Develop project plans, control scope, mitigate risks, and apply appropriate methodologies (Agile, Iterative, Waterfall).
• Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders, manage expectations, and report to Senior Leadership.
• Balance multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years as Project Manager or Scrum Master; 3+ years in IT with knowledge of applications, databases, networking, and telecommunications.
• Proficiency in Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence) and portfolio software (e.g., Clarity PPM).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and PowerBI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder influence skills.
