Senior Manager, Finance - Supply Chain

Location: On-site in San Francisco or Sunnyvale, California, United States

Compensation: $195,000–$235,000 annually plus bonus and Restricted Stock Units

What you will do

• Own FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the supply chain organization covering CPUs, storage, and networking.
• Partner with Procurement, Operations, Engineering, and Data Center Operations on supplier contracts, capital equipment purchases, and total cost of ownership.
• Build financial models for unit economics, landed cost, inventory metrics, lifecycle management, warranty programs, and circular centers.
• Analyze actual-versus-forecast variances, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting for executive leadership, including trends, risks, and opportunities in supply chain spending.
• Lead cost-reduction, efficiency, scenario-planning, reporting automation, capitalization, accrual, and cost-allocation initiatives while mentoring junior finance team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive finance experience with significant exposure to supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing finance.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with ERP and planning systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Anaplan, or similar.
• Experience partnering with procurement and operations teams on supplier contracts, capital planning, and cost analysis.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, organization, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice to have

• MBA or CPA.
• Experience with hardware, data center, energy, technology, or physical infrastructure supply chains.
• Familiarity with capital equipment accounting and depreciation schedules.
• Experience building FP&A processes at a scaling company.
