Project Manager, Professional Services (Software Implementation)

Location: In office in Alpharetta, Georgia; Westminster, Colorado; or Lake Oswego, Oregon. Travel up to 10%.

Salary: $67,700–$93,200 per year.

What you will do

• Lead software implementation projects from inception through completion, defining delivery targets, timelines, and budgets.
• Work with implementation consultants to analyze client needs and create cohesive project plans.
• Coordinate internal cross-functional resources and third-party vendors to maintain delivery momentum.
• Run status reviews and proactively manage project risks, schedules, and documentation.
• Advise clients on data flow setup, team training, change management, and workflow optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of project management experience, or 3 years of equivalent professional experience.
• Understanding of project management methodologies such as PMBOK or Agile.
• Experience managing multiple parallel projects and matrixed remote teams.
• Strong requirements gathering, risk mitigation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to work in office in Alpharetta, Westminster, or Lake Oswego.

Nice to have

• Professional services or management consulting experience.
• Experience delivering ERP software implementations.
• Understanding of general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable principles.
• Construction industry knowledge or familiarity with Smartsheet, Kantata, or Salesforce.
