Tax Product Management Director

Compensation: $200,000–$255,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead strategy and priorities for the Bloomberg Tax Fixed Assets product based on industry trends, competition, and customer feedback.
• Manage the product team and drive the product roadmap and delivery plan for the product suite.
• Collaborate with design, data analytics, engineering, and content teams to discover solutions and deliver product enhancements.
• Define product performance metrics and systems, then use data to evaluate and prioritize the roadmap.
• Engage regularly with users to understand their businesses, data visualization needs, and product usage.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management and shipping successful digital products.
• 7+ years of tax practice or tax-related product management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and experience directly managing product professionals.
• Deep understanding of modern product discovery and product delivery methods.
• Experience presenting work to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to build constructive, collaborative relationships across functions.
