Product Manager, Asset & Wealth Management, Private Wealth Management (Fintech)

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $75,000–$125,000 annual base salary, plus potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Develop an understanding of Private Wealth Management goals, processes, and stakeholders to define product requirements.
• Drive the product roadmap by writing user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for engineering development.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Program Management, Business, Legal, and Compliance teams to deliver user-centric features.
• Use analytics, product usage data, and end-user feedback to measure success and identify solutions.
• Break large feature initiatives into smaller components, manage dependencies, and translate complex problems into actionable steps.
• Contribute to ideation, feasibility assessments, business cases, feature definition, and prioritization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–2 years of experience in product management, engineering, or financial services, ideally Wealth Management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to lead calls and trainings for different audiences.
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, logical reasoning, and requirements-synthesis skills.
• Ability to document workflows and edge cases, identify risks and solutions, and communicate clearly.
• Personal accountability, teamwork, adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver quality work under short deadlines.
