Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote within the United States; offices available in New York City and San Francisco. Remote employees must be able to work independently with effective communication and consistent productivity.

Salary: $228,000–$250,800 annual salary for remote U.S. employees; $240,000–$264,000 for employees in New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Seattle. Equity is offered.

What you will do

• Define and prioritize projects that make payroll infrastructure more powerful, resilient, and scalable.
• Lead product execution and address customer challenges across complex payroll solutions.
• Partner with engineering, business, payroll operations, and leadership teams to align on strategic goals.
• Work directly with software partners across diverse industries to understand their payroll challenges and identify product opportunities.
• Build actionable product roadmaps with engineering and operations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience at technology companies serving enterprise businesses.
• Experience working in complex domains with regulatory and operational requirements.
• Proven success leading cross-functional product initiatives with significant business impact.
• Strong adaptability, critical thinking, problem-solving, stakeholder collaboration, and execution skills.
• Payroll and tax knowledge is beneficial for the role.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; hirify.global participates in E-Verify.
