Lead Product Manager (Surveillance)

Location: Tysons, Virginia, United States; hybrid work environment with defined in-person presence requirements

Salary: $131,200–$238,300 annually for work performed in Virginia. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, education, and market considerations.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for multiple market surveillance products.
• Identify user needs through data analysis, research, experiments, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Manage product backlogs, define requirements and acceptance criteria, and prioritize work based on user value and capacity.
• Coordinate with UI/UX, architecture, technology, business stakeholders, and leadership throughout product development.
• Lead complex product launches, including launch planning, UAT, documentation, training materials, metrics tracking, and post-launch reviews.
• Coach junior product managers and improve product development and delivery practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in product management, project management, business analysis, program management, or product marketing, including 5 years in product or experience management.
• Strong writing ability, business acumen, and experience translating data into quantifiable actions and deliverables.
• Experience with Agile software development, cross-functional work in a large organization, and collaboration with senior leadership.
• Data savviness and experience managing multiple or complex products are expected.
• Regular in-person presence is required as part of the hybrid work environment.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in business administration or a similar advanced degree.
• CSPO certification.
• Financial services industry experience and strong financial acumen.
• Experience guiding cross-functional resources.
