What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for primary care provider partners to drive platform adoption.
• Partner with the GTM team to execute onboarding and training, focusing on in-office clinical and non-clinical workflows.
• Oversee structured engagement plans to ensure providers maximize platform utility and achieve value-based care success.
• Analyze provider performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations teams to refine offerings based on provider feedback.

Requirements

• Must reside in Austin, Texas.
• Must be willing to travel up to 75% of the time to provider practices.
• 5-7+ years of experience in provider engagement, healthcare account management, or value-based care consulting.
• Deep understanding of primary care or ambulatory care workflows and clinical process improvement.
• Knowledge of EHRs, medical billing, reimbursement models, and Medicare Advantage.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of driving measurable outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing value-based care tools and technology products.
• Understanding of population health, quality improvement, Stars, and HEDIS.
