Financial Analyst (SaaS)

Location: United States, Remote

Salary: $67,000–$77,500 USD annually, with potential bonus, benefits, and other applicable incentive compensation.

hirify.global and Clari are building a SaaS Predictive Revenue System that combines revenue insights and AI to support enterprise revenue teams.

What you will do

• Partner with Customer Success, Professional Services, and G&A leaders on headcount management, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Maintain retention and churn forecasting models and collaborate with Revenue Operations and Order Management to ensure data integrity.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, analyze operational trends, and communicate insights to senior leadership.
• Use Pigment and Claude AI to accelerate financial analysis, reporting, scenario modeling, and workflow automation.
• Perform ad hoc financial modeling and scenario analysis for operational risks and strategic initiatives.
• Progress toward owning budgeting, long-range planning, financial reporting, and FP&A partnership for assigned business groups.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in FP&A, Sales Operations, or quantitative financial analysis within a high-growth technology or B2B SaaS environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for financial modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Pigment or modern FP&A planning platforms and comfort using AI tools such as Claude AI.
• Knowledge of SaaS post-sales metrics, including NRR, GRR, churn, and ARR.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills for working with business partners and executives.
• Adaptability, problem-solving ability, and a collaborative approach in a fast-paced environment.
