Program Manager, Compliance (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA, United States

Base salary: $164,800–$206,000 USD per year, plus potential equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Build, improve, and streamline compliance programs covering ABAC, gifts and entertainment, conflicts of interest, third-party risk, and sanctions screening.
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Security, Commercial, Public Sector, and go-to-market stakeholders on policies, procedures, and controls.
• Monitor regulatory developments, translate them into policy and process changes, and track obligations from customer contracts.
• Partner with leadership to mature and operationalize the enterprise risk management framework.
• Develop compliance metrics and periodic reporting for Legal and GRC leadership.
• Support audit and assurance work and manage inbound customer and investor compliance diligence questionnaires.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building or operating in-house ethics and compliance programs.
• Hands-on ownership of ABAC and at least one of gifts and entertainment, conflicts of interest, or third-party risk.
• Experience building and implementing policies, processes, and controls from scratch.
• Experience leading day-to-day activities and improving operational processes.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools or software.
• Project management experience, including planning, organizing, and managing resources.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST 800-53.
• Experience applying AI or Machine Learning.
• International compliance experience in government contracting or public sector business across the GCC, EMEA, or APAC.
• Experience with GRC or third-party risk management systems; CCEP or CCEP-I certification.
• Current or past U.S. Government Security Clearance.
