Location: Must be based in Washington, DC initially, travel 50% to Germany, and ultimately relocate to Germany to be onsite with customers.

Salary: $144,800 - $181,000 USD

What you will do

• Manage customer relationships from executive stakeholders to end users.
• Deploy to Germany to scope agentic workflow use cases for the engineering team to build and refine.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver and exceed customer AI/ML objectives.
• Proactively identify customer needs and operator pain points to ensure success.
• Oversee the onboarding and successful implementation of customer accounts.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• 5+ years of experience in stakeholder management or customer-facing roles delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
• Proven track record of structured, analytics-driven problem solving.
• Basic understanding of Generative AI and Machine Learning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time to Germany and ultimately relocate there.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of professional experience in technical program management within industry or government.
• Technical background in computer science, economics, statistics, or engineering.
• Experience owning the technical implementation of solutions for government agencies.
• Domain expertise in modeling, simulation, joint planning, or intelligence workflows.
