Software Engineer - Core Team (Fullstack)

Location: Remote within the United States

Annual cash compensation: $130,000–$185,000 USD, depending on experience and skills.

What you will do

• Design, build, test, roll out, and maintain full-stack features used by customers daily.
• Develop across database schemas, APIs, integrations, and user interfaces.
• Use Node.js, TypeScript, React, Postgres, and related tools.
• Partner with product, design, and support to turn customer problems into working software.
• Improve reliability and performance for systems serving large enterprise customers.
• Review code, participate in on-call rotation, and improve system operability.

Requirements

• Experience building and shipping scalable SaaS products with ownership of delivered features.
• Full-stack software engineering experience with end-to-end feature development.
• Strong experience with relational databases and performant SQL queries.
• Experience working in a large existing codebase and communicating technical ideas with stakeholders.
• Experience with observability tooling and the ability to break down complex problems into solutions.
• Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to mentor and be mentored.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic tooling and AI-assisted development workflows, or strong interest in developing these skills.
• Preference for prototyping over preparing proposals.
