Fullstack Software Engineer (Fintech)

Compensation: $170,000 – $300,000 per year

What you will do

• Build tenant provisioning systems to automate enterprise environment configuration.
• Design configuration-as-code systems to manage customer setups, versioning, and rollbacks.
• Develop migration toolchains to move historical data from legacy systems like Encompass.
• Extend release machinery to support multi-tenant feature flags and staged rollouts.
• Create smoke tests and conformance suites to validate customer integrations.
• Build internal UIs that allow implementation leads to manage customer configurations independently.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Experience productizing implementation processes and building scalable configuration systems.
• Strong instincts for configuration-as-code, versioning, and automated validation.
• Proven ability to handle complex data migrations under pressure with reconciliation plans.
• Experience with multi-tenant architectures and SRE-oriented infrastructure management.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
