Software Engineer (Fullstack)

Location: Remote USA; candidates must be US-based

Salary: $130,000–$165,000 per year

What you will do

• Build and optimize enrollment flows, paywalls, subscription management, reactivation experiences, and marketing integrations.
• Develop features across web, backend, and mobile codebases that serve millions of customers.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, and Data teams to run experiments and iterate based on results.
• Use AI-assisted development tools for coding, debugging, and planning.
• Apply engineering best practices, robust testing, and appropriate guardrails to ensure product quality.
• Instrument features, investigate production issues, and analyze user behavior with analytics and observability tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping and maintaining production products.
• Full-stack experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with backend technologies including Node, GraphQL, and REST APIs.
• Experience with modern web tooling, bundlers, CI/CD, and testing frameworks.
• Experience with analytics and observability tools such as OpenTelemetry, PostHog, SigNoz, Grafana, or Datadog.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools and strong communication skills in a remote-first environment.

Nice to have

• React Native or mobile app development experience.
• Experience with subscription, payment, or e-commerce flows.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation platforms.
• Experience with marketing technology integrations such as Braze.
• Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and Terraform/HCL deployment pipelines.
