Software Engineer (Fullstack)

Location: Remote, United States; candidates must be US-based.

Salary: $130,000–$165,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

What you will do

• Build and optimize enrollment flows, paywalls, subscription management, reactivation experiences, and marketing integrations across web and mobile platforms.
• Develop features that serve millions of customers and directly affect revenue growth.
• Contribute across frontend, backend, and mobile codebases as needed.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, and Data teams to run experiments, ship quickly, and iterate based on results.
• Use AI-assisted development tools for coding, debugging, and planning while applying software engineering judgment and best practices.
• Instrument features, debug production issues, understand user behavior, and maintain quality through robust testing and guardrails.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with a track record of shipping and maintaining production products.
• Full-stack experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React and TypeScript, plus familiarity with backend technologies such as Node, GraphQL, and REST APIs.
• Ability to contribute to frontend, backend, or mobile codebases as needed.
• Experience with modern web tooling, including bundlers, CI/CD, and testing frameworks.
• Experience with analytics and observability tools such as OpenTelemetry, PostHog, SigNoz, Grafana, Datadog, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and effective collaboration skills in a remote-first environment.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Copilot, and enthusiasm for using AI in daily coding, debugging, and planning workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with React Native or mobile app development.
• Familiarity with subscription and payment systems or e-commerce flows.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation platforms.
• Experience with marketing technology integrations such as Braze.
• Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and deployment pipelines using Terraform/HCL.
