Import/Export Specialist with Spanish (m/f/d)

Expected salary range: 70,125–116,875 PLN gross

What you will do

• Execute daily import/export transactions and process standard and moderately complex documentation in line with SLAs and KPIs.
• Enter and maintain shipment and import records in SAP and other systems.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, sales, planning, and warehousing teams.
• Troubleshoot routine documentation discrepancies and shipment delays, escalating complex issues with initial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with customs, trade, regulatory, quality, and ESHA requirements.
• Support process improvements, knowledge transfer, onboarding, and team backup activities.

Requirements

• Spanish at minimum B2 for customer communication.
• English at minimum B2 as the corporate language.
• 1–2 years of logistics experience.
• Practical knowledge of ocean, air, road, and intermodal transport, dangerous goods, customs, and trade.
• SAP knowledge and intermediate MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Portuguese language skills.
• Basic Power BI knowledge.
