Distribution Planner

Location: Hybrid working model from offices in Warsaw, Wrocław, Kraków, Poznań, Katowice, Lublin or Gdańsk, Poland. The role requires 8-hour shifts scheduled between 08:00 and 24:00, with late shifts up to 2–3 times per week.

What you will do

• Support short- and long-term distribution requirements planning to maintain finished-goods availability across markets.
• Contribute to replenishment planning and maintain inventory parameters such as safety stock, lead times and MIN/MAX levels.
• Monitor supply risks through KPI analysis, coverage reviews and exception tracking, supporting mitigation and escalation actions.
• Identify stock risks, support shortage resolution and coordinate availability actions with factories, markets and logistics partners.
• Support Phase-In/Phase-Out product lifecycle activities and continuity of supply.
• Collaborate with demand, supply, logistics and market teams while contributing to planning governance and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably in DRP, distribution or supply planning within FMCG or international environments.
• Strong knowledge of DRP, inventory management and replenishment across multi-market networks.
• Experience managing safety stock, lead times and MIN/MAX parameters and improving service and inventory performance.
• Ability to analyse and mitigate supply risks using data, KPIs and structured problem-solving.
• Proficiency in planning systems such as SAP, Blue Yonder or similar, plus advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent English and readiness to work scheduled 8-hour shifts between 08:00 and 24:00. A university degree or technical background in logistics, manufacturing, systems or business is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, SQL, data warehouses or system implementations.
