What you will do
- Lead consultants through all stages of the NetSuite implementation lifecycle.
- Plan projects, create work breakdown structures, and manage change control.
- Manage scope, estimates, timelines, project plans, status reports, and milestones.
- Lead multiple projects or manage an entire program.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, developers, product owners, and subject matter experts.
- Apply lessons from project retrospectives to future implementations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- 3+ years of experience delivering full-cycle ERP implementation projects.
- Experience with NetSuite ERP implementations.
- Full professional fluency in English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with the SuiteSuccess methodology.
- PMP certification.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to deliver high-quality work on schedule.
