What you will do

• Lead large, complex cross-functional initiatives with high business impact as the primary interface for senior stakeholders.
• Define and drive project strategy, governance, and delivery approach.
• Oversee planning, execution, risk management, and financial control.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and delivery outcomes.
• Coach and lead project managers and team members to drive delivery excellence.
• Establish robust reporting, KPIs, and performance monitoring frameworks.

Requirements

• Higher education degree (Bachelor or Master).
• Professional verbal proficiency in Dutch or French AND English.
• 5+ years of proven experience delivering large, complex projects.
• Deep expertise in project governance and financial management within Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid environments.
• PRINCE2 Foundation, PMI, or PMP certification.
• Must be based in Belgium to comply with hybrid work and benefit requirements.
