Senior Project Manager (SaaS/ERP)

What you will do

• Lead concurrent SaaS and ERP implementation projects through initiation, planning, execution, delivery, and close.
• Manage quality, risks, resources, scope, change, schedules, budgets, and project dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain relationships with client stakeholders, internal teams, and peers.
• Communicate project plans, milestones, constraints, risks, and status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Negotiate trade-offs across time, cost, and scope while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Mentor and motivate project team members and less-experienced Project Managers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading CRM or ERP SaaS implementation projects.
• Experience managing financial and resource forecasts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Experience with customer satisfaction, revenue recognition, time sheets, expense reports, and billing reviews.
• Experience leading projects in a matrix-management environment.
• Ability to support the Customer Relations team during the sales cycle and demonstrate the value of project management services.
• Certifications in cloud and project management methodologies, such as PMP or Agile.
