Project Manager (Oracle HCM Cloud)

What you will do

• Prepare and develop the project charter, including scope, objectives, deliverables, stakeholders, and governance.
• Lead planning and implementation preparation for the HR migration project.
• Conduct gap analyses of HR modules and processes migrating from PeopleSoft HCM to Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements with HR and IT/GIS stakeholders.
• Assess processes, dependencies, risks, and improvement opportunities during the transition.
• Coordinate workshops and prepare project documentation and recommendations for implementation decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of project management experience in HR transformation, HR systems implementation, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud across several HR modules and business processes.
• Strong understanding of Payroll, Time & Absence, Recruitment, and Workforce Planning processes.
• Experience with requirements gathering, gap analysis, process assessment, and complex transformation projects.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.

• Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM.
