What you will do

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including project plans, budgets, timelines, and quality expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite Account Managers and internal stakeholders.
• Drive accountability by tracking task progress, managing case queues, and identifying delivery risks.
• Collaborate with Project Leads to ensure clear ownership and delivery timelines for consultants.
• Monitor work in progress (WIP) and coordinate billing and utilization with Engagement Managers.
• Maintain high-quality service delivery for a high volume of diverse clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• ERP implementation and project management experience (NetSuite strongly preferred).
• 5+ years in a professional services firm or private industry in a relevant technical area.
• Experience managing teams of business analysts, developers, and solution architects.
• Must be based in the US and eligible to work there.
