Location: Based in San Francisco, Sydney, or Melbourne

Salary: $150K–$250K annual base pay, plus potential equity and bonus.

What you will do

• Own and operate Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, and other corporate collaboration platforms.
• Design, develop, and optimize integrations, applications, workflows, bots, and automations using APIs, scripts, and technical tools.
• Connect collaboration platforms and manage data flows across Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, Jira, and related systems.
• Build custom solutions where existing products do not meet business needs, including low-code, no-code, and third-party integrations.
• Lead complex migrations and integrations related to mergers and acquisitions.
• Evaluate, deploy, and enable the use of AI tools across the business while supporting secure and scalable growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in corporate platforms or collaboration services engineering with cloud-first or SaaS collaboration solutions.
• 5+ years as the primary owner of a core platform such as Slack or Google Workspace, with strong technical expertise.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools, APIs, JSON, REST APIs, and Python or similar technologies.
• Experience building integrations, automation scripts, bots, workflows, and data migrations.
• Experience administering integrations with Atlassian, Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, and similar platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Google Cloud and AWS, IT operations, escalations, and on-call support.

Nice to have

• Experience with low-code or no-code tools such as Workato, Tray, or MuleSoft.
