AI Power Platform Administrator (AI)

Location: Merrimack, New Hampshire, United States. Applicants must already be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $122,500–$159,170 per year.

What you will do

• Administer Power Platform environments, Copilot Studio agents, apps, flows, pages, Dataverse, connectors, and tenant-wide settings.
• Manage Dev, Test/UAT, and Production environments, including capacity, storage, backups, retention, and lifecycle processes.
• Implement governance, DLP, RBAC, least-privilege access, service accounts, security groups, and responsible AI controls.
• Support application lifecycle management, solution promotion, Power Platform Pipelines, release governance, source control, and CI/CD practices.
• Troubleshoot platform incidents, failed flows, connector and authentication issues, integrations, and service health problems.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to design automation and AI-enabled workflows, facilitate workshops, and improve adoption and operational outcomes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Power Platform administration, Microsoft 365 administration, application support, or enterprise platform administration.
• Experience managing enterprise Power Platform environments, multiple stakeholders, governance, security, access management, and application lifecycle processes.
• Hands-on knowledge of Power Platform Admin Center, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, Power BI, Microsoft Entra ID, DLP, RBAC, and Power Platform Pipelines.
• Experience with SharePoint Online, Teams, Azure services, SQL Server, REST APIs, ServiceNow or ITSM integrations, and the On-Premises Data Gateway.
• Working knowledge of PowerShell, JSON, API concepts, workflow design, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and business requirements analysis.
• U.S. work authorization for any employer is required; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, or Security, Compliance, and Identity certifications.
• Experience with AI agent governance, responsible AI, connector governance, Power Platform Center of Excellence, or large-scale deployments.
• Experience with DevOps or CI/CD adoption and ServiceNow or ITSM workflow automation.
