Senior IT Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, supporting hubs in San Francisco and New York and operations across the United States and international markets

Base salary: $170,000–$215,000 per year, depending on experience, location, and level; eligible for equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Build, lead, and develop the IT organization as hirify.global scales from approximately 180 to more than 500 employees.
• Define the IT strategy, operating model, budget, roadmap, and standards for a global workforce.
• Lead identity and access management, endpoint security, device compliance, networking, SaaS governance, and corporate infrastructure controls.
• Establish data governance, business continuity, disaster recovery, incident response, and secure collaboration capabilities.
• Own corporate compliance programs and support customer security assessments, audits, vendor reviews, and enterprise due diligence.
• Improve employee technology support through ITSM, self-service tooling, automation, software lifecycle management, and AI-powered workflows.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading IT, corporate technology, or security operations while scaling organizations from 150+ to 500+ employees.
• Experience hiring, developing, and leading high-performing IT, security operations, or corporate technology teams.
• Deep expertise in identity and access management, endpoint management, SaaS governance, networking, and corporate security.
• Experience leading SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, GDPR, HIPAA, or comparable compliance programs.
• Strong prioritization, communication, executive partnership, and hands-on execution skills in fast-growing environments.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup supporting San Francisco and New York hubs, remote employees, and international operations.
