What you will do
- Develop QA plans and process control procedures for plant maintenance activities.
- Maintain corrective action programs and other quality systems.
- Develop and implement the quality management system.
- Coordinate and participate in internal audits with company quality personnel.
- Conduct quality assurance investigations covering deviations and out-of-specification results.
- Lead QA personnel, support contractor compliance and continuous improvement, and manage the QA department budget and administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a quality control position.
- Strong technical understanding of quality control and quality assurance.
- NACE Level 2 certification.
- Strong knowledge of root cause analysis.
- Proven leadership skills, excellent communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
